These Terms govern all use of services provided by Promozone. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Promozone shall make reasonable efforts to deliver services within 12 hours. Delivery may take up to 72 hours in certain cases.
If a service is not delivered within 72 hours, Users may request a refund or store credit. Refunds are subject to review and policy compliance.
Warranty applies only when service issues are reported during active validity. Retroactive claims are not permitted.
Promozone shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
